
Lacson: House can't return proposed 2026 budget to Palace
MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Panfilo Lacson said on Thursday that the House of Representatives cannot return the national expenditure program (NEP) for 2026 to Malacañang over the alleged "mangled" entries there.
